Cottage on the Pond
Peak: $3,500 (Two Week Min)
Shoulder: $2,800/week
There is a $100 cleaning fee for our guests.
The Sound House
Peak: $1,450 (Two Week Min)
Shoulder: $1,250/week
There is a $75 cleaning fee for our guests.
Cottage on the Lane
Peak: $3,250 (Two Week Min)
Shoulder: $2,800/week
Late fall to early spring: $1750/weekThere is a $100 cleaning fee for our guests.
Prices do not include 11.7% state and town occupancy tax. Additional discount for subsequent, consecutive weeks. Call for details. Should your reservations need to be cancelled, we respectfully request a notice of 60 days prior in order to refund your deposit. Thank you for your cooperation.
